Cyrus is passionate about representing people who have been physically injured, deprived of their rights, or left feeling powerless in the legal system. He is committed to providing clear, informed guidance through what may be one of the most challenging experiences of their lives. His approach combines careful investigation and analysis with zealous advocacy that marshals the facts into clear, persuasive arguments.

Cyrus’s civil litigation experience spans personal injury, professional liability, disability access, civil rights, and insurance coverage. He has handled matters involving businesses, public entities, transportation companies, and schools, with work ranging from liability investigations and depositions to motions and settlement negotiations.

A graduate of UC Berkeley and UC Law San Francisco, Cyrus received CALI and Witkin awards for Legal Writing & Research and served as Senior Notes Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal. He was selected to the 2026 Northern California Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers.

Outside his practice, Cyrus enjoys rowing, long-distance swimming, hiking, making wine with family and friends, and mentoring aspiring attorneys.
